Art Therapy This is the use of paint, pastels, clay and drawing in a creative way to help express emotions and work through any difficult feelings. This can be done in a group or on your own. There are no rules or guidelines to this; you simply create what you feel like. It is a wonderful way to express yourself and you feelings. When you lose someone close you have so many feelings it can be hard to cope. If you don't want to talk about them, drawing and painting can help you deal with the feelings and you get some wonderful work after.
