Reiki

Reiki is a form of natural healing developed in the twentieth century to help the body’s self-healing ability. Its purpose is to help the body reach a natural state of balance. Reiki can help you deal with bereavement in many different ways from helping relieve stress and tension to helping with the physical symptoms or helping you deal with your emotions and accept the death of your loved one.

When you go for Reiki you lie down on a treatment table in you clothes while the Reiki practioner moves their hands over different parts of your body. They may also hum or have relaxing music on in the background. It is possible that when you receive Reiki you may feel heat, coldness, tingling or you may not even feel anything at all!

"Having previously had this healing I knew what to expect although was very shocked as the more you have it done the more relaxed you become. I would advise anyone of any age to try this".

"A feeling of total relaxation. At points during the session I could feel pressure in my fingers and feet, which was prominent when touched around the head and face. I experienced light differentations, not flashing but slow gradual movements. Felt woozy and just completely zoned out"
