Colour Therapy This therapy uses colours to alter the state of your health. Studies have shown that light can affect parts of your brain and as a result have an effect upon your mental and physical health. Colour therapists believe that everyone has an aura, which is made up of different colours and surround our body. By studying this using special photography they can discover what colours are needed as they believe that different parts of the body, organs and emotions reflect different colours. There are various ways in which they can treat you. They can give you coloured water to drink, encourage you to eat specific coloured foods, practise colour breathing or focus sunlight on you through various filters. When you experience bereavement it can be very hard to keep your body balanced and healthy due. Colour therapy may help provide this.
