I Can't Talk To My Parents

There can be a fine line between "I can't talk to them" and "I won't talk to them". This may be because you find the subject too hard to bring up. Your parents may be grieving too and you don't want to upset them by talking about it. They may not have known the person you have lost so do not understand when you talk to them. This is all ok as long as you have someone else you trust to talk to.
