I Don't Want To Talk About My Feelings It is ok not to want to talk about your feelings. You will be feeling many feelings that you have never felt before. They can be embarrassing. No-one can make you talk if you don’t want to. If may be a good idea to find some other way of expressing your feelings. Writing and drawing are two ways to express feelings without talking about them.
