I Have Seen, Heard or Felt Them Around Me

This happens to lots of people. There are two ideas about this. The first is that they are hallucinations caused by your grief. The second is that your loved one has come back to let you know that they are alright and that their soul lives on. Most people tend to believe the second one but you choose whatever you feel comfortable with.
