It's Just Not True

It is very easy not to believe what you have been told. You do not want to accept that your life has just been changed forever. You may think it’s a mistake, that someone has got it wrong. This is perfectly ok - it is hard to accept something like this straight away. However in the end, you have no choice but to accept it and the sooner you do, the better. It means that you can start to grieve for the person you have lost and this is something that we all must do.
